Privacy, Cookies & DMCA Policy
Last verified: recentThis page covers what data VaultPremium collects, how we use it, your rights under GDPR / CCPA, our cookie practices, and the procedure for DMCA copyright takedown requests.
Part 1 — Privacy Policy
What We Collect
- Standard server logs: IP address (truncated), browser user-agent, referring URL, pages visited, session timestamps. Retained 30 days for security and aggregate analytics, then deleted.
- Email addresses — only when you explicitly subscribe to the Premium Network Brief newsletter. Double opt-in required. Single-click unsubscribe in every email.
- Anonymous analytics via privacy-respecting analytics platform. We do not use Google Analytics tracking cookies.
- Affiliate click tracking — when you click an outbound affiliate link, the destination network's tracker logs the click. We log only the sub-ID (page surface) for our internal EPC analysis.
What We DO NOT Collect
- ❌ Real names (unless you submit one via the contact form)
- ❌ Phone numbers
- ❌ Payment / card data (we don't process payments)
- ❌ Behavioral retargeting profiles
- ❌ Cross-site tracking pixels
How We Use What We Collect
- Aggregate analytics to understand which content readers find useful
- Newsletter delivery (email only)
- Security (preventing scraping, abuse, DDoS)
- EPC measurement (affiliate sub-ID only, no PII)
Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to:
- Access any personal data we hold about you (request via contact form)
- Delete any personal data we hold about you (same)
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time (single-click in every email)
- Object to processing for any reason — we will honor
Requests are actioned within 14 days.
Part 2 — Cookies
What Cookies We Use
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
vp_age_verified | Remembers you confirmed 18+ on age gate | localStorage (persistent) |
| Newsletter session | Tracks active newsletter signup flow | Session only |
| Affiliate sub-ID | Tracks which page sent an outbound click | Stripped from URL after redirect |
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, Facebook pixels, Google Analytics cookies, or behavioral retargeting cookies.
Managing Cookies
You can clear all VaultPremium cookies via your browser's storage settings at any time. Clearing the age-verification cookie will re-prompt the age gate on next visit.
Part 3 — DMCA Copyright Takedown
VaultPremium publishes editorial review content. We do not host adult video content, performer images, or copyrighted media files on our servers. Screenshots used in reviews are described as placeholders and where included are used under U.S. fair-use doctrine for purposes of criticism and review.
